Aisha Social is an AI social media manager built for small teams. It gives you the output of a full social team - on-profile content, scheduling, publishing, and replies - in one workspace, powered by our AI assistant, Aisha Social AI. You tell it what you want in plain language; it drafts from your voice; you approve. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Think of it as the difference between a scheduler that waits for you to make the content and an AI tool that makes generic content fast: Aisha Social makes the content and runs the busywork, in your voice, with you holding the pen.

Aisha Social is invite-only right now, so there's no open sign-up form - every account starts from an invitation email. Follow the link in yours and it opens a short two-step form with your invited address already filled in: your name and basic details first, then a password and your acceptance of the terms. There's no verification link to wait for on an invited sign-up - your email is already confirmed, so you can sign in straight away and continue into onboarding, where you set up your first profile and connect your accounts. Onboarding walks you through creating your first profile, teaching Aisha Social your voice (it analyzes your website and key posts to build your Profile DNA), and connecting your social accounts. You can skip optional steps and finish them later - if you leave partway through, Aisha Social remembers where you were and lets you pick back up.

Aisha Social is a responsive web app, so it works in any modern mobile browser - no separate iOS or Android app to install. For the best experience on the go, use an up-to-date version of Chrome or Safari.

Aisha Social builds a Profile DNA - the collection of assets and settings the AI uses to stay on-profile. It pulls from three places: your profile assets (product photos, logos, reference images, and clips), your AI configuration (voice, tone, persona, and guardrails in Profile Settings), and your content guidelines (content pillars, target audience, and key offerings in Page Preferences). Together these make sure every draft sounds and looks like you, not like a model.

Yes. In Profile Settings you pick a brand voice from eight presets - Professional, Friendly, Candid, Quirky, Efficient, Enthusiastic, Bold, or Witty - and the AI uses it whenever it generates content for that brand. You can refine further with custom guidelines and guardrails.

That's the whole point of Aisha Social. Because it drafts from your Profile DNA rather than a blank prompt, output reflects your voice - warm where you're warm, sharp where you're sharp. Most teams tell us the drafts sound more like them than their last freelancer's did. And you always review before anything ships, so the final word is yours.

Aisha Social AI is the chat assistant at the center of the product. Tell it what you want - "make an Instagram post about our summer launch," "write a warmer reply to this comment" - and it generates content using your profile context. It remembers your conversations, streams responses as it thinks, and can take you all the way from idea to a scheduled post.

You decide, with the Autonomy setting in Profile Settings:

• Co-Pilot (default): the AI drafts content and every post lands in Drafts for your review. Nothing publishes without your explicit approval.
• Auto-Pilot: posts can go live automatically. Even here, a post may occasionally be flagged for review, and brand-safety checks still run before anything publishes.

Most teams start in Co-Pilot while they build trust, then hand off the routine work once the drafts consistently land.

At every stage. In the composer you can freely rewrite the caption, undo the AI's last changes, or run quick actions like shorten, expand, rewrite tone, or suggest hashtags. In Content Studio, any draft opens an editor where you can adjust the caption, regenerate the image with a custom prompt, and step through image versions before you save.

Two paths. In the Create page, the AI Studio panel drafts a post - caption, media, platforms, and schedule - and applies it straight to your live composer so you can publish immediately. In Aisha Social AI, a full-page chat, you brainstorm ideas, captions, and posts in conversation. Both use your profile settings as context; Create is for shipping fast, Aisha Social AI is for ideation.

Text posts, images, and video - including AI-generated images and video for Reels and Shorts. You can generate visuals from a prompt, edit them, or upload and manage your own assets in the Content Hub.

Yes. Hashtag suggestions are built into the caption tools - select your text or use the sidebar actions to have the AI recommend relevant hashtags for the post.

Yes. Every post shows a platform-accurate preview so you can see exactly how the caption and media will look before you publish or schedule.

Yes. Open a draft or scheduled post and tick another connected account under "Also post to" - the same post is scheduled there at the same time. Untick to remove it.

Publish Now sends the post to your connected platforms immediately. Schedule lets you pick a date and time; the post publishes automatically at that moment. Both are available from the composer, Content Studio, and directly inside an Aisha Social AI content card.

Pick a date and time in the schedule picker from the composer, calendar, or a content card. The post moves to Scheduled and publishes automatically at the chosen time.

Every time you pick or see is in your browser's local time zone. Behind the scenes Aisha Social records the time in UTC and converts it back for display, so posts publish at the right moment worldwide. There's no per-brand or per-account time zone setting today - it follows your device automatically, so if you travel, just refresh the app.

Yes. Choose AI Mode in the scheduler and Aisha Social analyzes your audience's engagement patterns to suggest up to 10 optimal slots, each with a confidence score and shown in your local time. Suggestions sharpen as your connected accounts accumulate more analytics.

The content calendar offers Month, Week, and Day views. You can drag and drop Draft or Scheduled posts to reschedule them - Month and Week snap to a new date and hour, and Day view supports minute-level precision.

Yes. Max Daily Posts caps how many posts the AI may auto-publish per day for a given connected page - from 0 (auto-posting off) to 8, with a default of 3. It only affects AI auto-publishing; anything you create and publish yourself is unaffected.

One inbox for the comments and DMs across your connected platforms, so nothing important slips past and your whole team works from the same view. Instead of hopping between apps, you triage and reply in a single place - fast, and in your voice.

Yes. For each comment, Aisha Social AI generates a suggested reply based on the comment's content and sentiment, shown in an AI Reply card. Click Use Reply to adopt and send it, or Regenerate for another option. Suggestions are sentiment-aware - the tone adapts to whether a comment is positive, negative, or critical.

Aisha Social reads the tone of incoming comments and labels them, so you can filter by sentiment, spot critical comments that need a human quickly, and prioritize where your attention matters most.

Only if you let them. Just like publishing, engagement runs inside the guardrails you set - approve each reply while you build trust, then let Aisha Social handle routine replies automatically and route the rest to you. You stay in control of your voice in public.

Facebook and Instagram are live on every account. TikTok is in beta - connecting it requires beta access on your account. From one workspace you can create, schedule, publish, and analyze across all your connected channels.

Instagram's API only lets third-party tools like Aisha Social connect with Professional accounts. Personal accounts can't access the endpoints needed for publishing, scheduling, and analytics. Switching is free and reversible: in the Instagram app, go to Settings → Account → Switch to Professional Account.

Yes. You can connect multiple pages and manage several social logins from Profile Settings - add a second login, reconnect an expired one, or remove one entirely across every supported platform.

Social platforms issue time-limited access tokens. When one expires, Aisha Social shows a "token expired" status and you simply reconnect the account in a click. Aisha Social manages token refresh where the platform allows it, but some platforms require a periodic manual reconnect - that's a platform rule, not an Aisha Social limitation.

There's no enforced limit. Each profile runs independently with its own social connections, content settings, AI preferences, and analytics, and you can add more at any time. Switching between profiles is a click from the profile switcher.

The Content Hub brings every published post and its performance into one library, with engagement and reach metrics per post. Deep Insights show the numbers next to the actual post that earned them - so you see what worked, not just a chart - and can turn a winning format into your next post in a click.

Yes. You can track how engagement changed over time for a post, filter your published content, pull clean, branded reports without wrangling a spreadsheet.

Aisha Social connects to social platforms with OAuth 2.0, so your social passwords are never seen or held by us. Access tokens and any direct-message data are encrypted at rest with AES-256, and structured so only authenticated users in your workspace can decrypt them - our team and hosting partners have no manual visibility into your tokens or private messages. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. Data moves over HTTPS, and we monitor for issues so they're caught quickly.

No. Your personal data is never used to train or fine-tune any AI model. Only publicly available content from your connected profiles may be used to calibrate your voice within your own workspace. Our AI subprocessors are contractually barred from retaining or training on Aisha Social's data.

Yes, from the Danger Zone on your Profile page. Delete Social Media Data removes collected posts, AI-generated content, scheduled posts, and chat history while keeping your account active. Delete Account submits a full deletion request - you'll get a confirmation email with a cancellation link, and if you don't change your mind, the account is permanently deleted within 10 days.

Reach our team through the Contact page or in-app support. Including your profile name, browser, and a screenshot or the steps to reproduce helps us resolve things faster.

Most publish failures come down to a connection issue: an expired token, revoked permissions, or a platform requirement (like an Instagram Professional account). Check the account's connection status in Profile Settings and reconnect if needed, then retry. If it persists, contact support with the post details.

There can be a short delay while the platform processes the post, and some platforms surface content differently (for example, in specific feeds or tabs). Give it a few minutes and refresh; if it still doesn't appear, check the connection status and reach out to support.

Occasional slowness usually clears on its own - try again in a moment. If a generation fails, retry the request; if it keeps failing, refresh the app and confirm your credit balance, then contact support with your profile name and browser.
